While our tours are customisable and may differ slightly from the initial description, we always aim to craft an experience that reflects your interests. Finalised Bookings: Once a booking with Taonga Tours is confirmed, the deposit is non refundable. Due to the nature of our bespoke tours, we are unable to offer refunds - Special Criteira applies. This policy helps cover the costs associated with planning and preparing your experience. We recommend considering travel insurance to safeguard your booking against any unexpected changes in your plans. Weather Considerations: New Zealand’s weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to proceed with tours as planned, your safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. In the event of extreme weather or conditions that may affect your tour, we may need to adjust the itinerary or reschedule. If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, we will offer an alternative date or experience, & our descretion determines refunds.
